Instructions: Apply liberally to tight muscles. Avoid eyes and mucus membranes. Wash your hands after application. Apply cream to the affected areas twice daily. It will be absorbed into the skin. The ingredients start to dilate blood vessels and break down the fat cells, leaving a supple and more toned skin. If the heat of the cream is too much, wash off the cream. The heating sensation only lasts a few moments after.
